Roger A. Baker

Roger A. Baker joined the Company as a director in March 2022. Mr. Baker has owned several businesses over the years and is actively engaged in the Iowa business community throughout the Company’s footprint. Mr. Baker previously served as the Chairman and President of NXT Bancorporation, Inc. (“NXT”) and Chairman of NXT Bank, which were acquired by the Company on October 1, 2021. Mr. Baker graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics.
